Welcome to Corangamite Regional Libraries

The Regional Library provides services to 4 municipalities, City of Warrnambool, Colac Otway, Corangamite and Moyne Shires.

11 Branches and an Outreach Library deliver services up to 30,000 members.

ANNUAL REPORT 2008/2009

The Corporation has prepared its Annual Report for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2009.

In accordance with Section 131 of the Local Government Act 1989 copies of the Annual Report and the Auditor’s Report are available for inspection at the following library branches:

Colac: 105 Gellibrand Street, Colac
Warrnambool: 25 Liebig Street, Warrnambool

The Annual Report including Financial Statements will be considered by the Corporation at its Ordinary Meeting to be held at 4.00pm on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at the Terang Library, 135 High Street, Terang.

Renewing your loans

We are pleased to let you know you can now renew your magazines and videos online again, as the problem we were experiencing has been resolved. Our policy doesn’t permit the renewal of DVDs.

Helpful Renewal Reminders

When you login your Borrower ID is the member number on your library card or the 6 numbers following the 45 of your barcode, depending on your membership card.
You can get free email reminders letting you know 3 days before loans are due (excluding 7 day loans). Just contact your library and register to have your notices delivered by email.
You will be unable to renew items that are reserved, overdue or that have already been renewed multiple times

With our subscription to online databases Corangamite Regional Libraries now

have access to the Ancestry Database. This database is the world's largest

online collection of family history records and resources.

This database is only available within the library.
